FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is There Parking?

Yes, there is an on-site gated parking lot, as well as unmetered street parking available.

What should I wear?

The Bible stresses the importance of dressing ourselves in compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience (Colossians 3:12). And as our honored guest, we welcome you to come as you are!

Will there be music?

The Bible invites us to worship the Lord with gladness, coming before Him with joyful songs (Psalms 100:2). When we come together, we engage in “a cappella” congregational singing, without instrumental accompaniment. And it is joyous!

Am I required to give or to take communion?

As the Bible instructs us, our members take communion every first day of the week (Acts 20:7) and have an opportunity to give at that time as well (2 Corinthians 9:6-8). As a visitor, you’re welcome to make a donation or take communion, but are not obligated.

How do I become a member?

The Bible shares 5 simple steps: 1) Hear the Gospel (Rom 10:17), 2) Believe the Gospel (John 3:16), 3) Repent of our sins (Acts 17:30), 4) Confess Jesus Christ as the son of God (Romans 10:10), and 5) Be baptized for the remission of our sins (Acts 2:38).

Why do you talk about the Bible so much?

The Bible is the infallible Word of God – inspired by God, revealed to man. Through it we’re shown God's love, power, and holiness, as well as how to live. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:3; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
